Here's my entry for 10yrsy 's WIWY contest ^-^ I'm still very new to how digital art works, so excuse the amateur-ness of it.
The song that inspired this piece was Home - Phillip Phillips because Uncle Edward is just as sweet as honey (eyyy  ) and he's just the perfect guardian for Chris.
The posing was inspired by a scene from Winnie the Pooh, which you can see here
And the background style was inspired by the classic Winnie the Pooh books.
Excuse Christopher's tiny baby hands - I suck at them.

For those of you who don't know of 10yrsy 's comic "When I Was Young", it's a humanized AU of Winnie the Pooh where Christopher Robin goes to stay with his Uncle Edward (Pooh) on 100 Acre Lane - and I'll let you find out the rest yourself. I highly suggest that you drop what you're doing and go read it.

I never thought I could get so invested in a comic - maybe it's my love for Pooh resurfacing after all these years (I do still have a Winnie the Pooh lamp in my room) - I don't know. But hey, I'm not gonna question it XD
